New Delhi, Sept. 30 -- A delegation of Sri Lanka's ruling Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP), led by its General Secretary Tilvin Silva, visited the Delhi BJP office on Wednesday and was welcomed by Delhi BJP President Harsh Malhotra.

The visit was part of the JVP delegation's ongoing India visit from September 27 to October 1 at the invitation of the Bharatiya Janata Party, according to an official BJP press release.

The five-member delegation comprises Tilvin Silva, General Secretary; Chandrika Adikari, Central Committee Member; Aboobucker Athambawa, Member of Parliament; Kabilan Suntharamoorthy, District Committee Member; and Kalpana Madhubhashini, Member of the International Department.
