New Delhi, Sept. 30 -- AAP Delhi president Saurabh Bharadwaj said on Wednesday that he would approach the Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) over alleged corruption in the construction of roads under the Public Works Department (PWD), days after a road inspection in west Delhi triggered a political and legal row involving Delhi PWD Minister Parvesh Verma and an AAP MLA's aide.

In a post on X, Bharadwaj said, "Today we will go to the ACB office to file a complaint in case of corruption in the construction of PWD roads."

The AAP leader also referred to the confrontation between Verma and 22-year-old Sahib Singh during a road inspection, alleging that the minister took away Singh's mobile phone when he was recording the proceedings.
