New Delhi, Sept. 30 -- Patiala House Court on Wednesday reserved an order on the bail plea of Hari Ram Gupta. He has been arrested in the Satya Niketan Building Collapse Case. He is seeking bail on the ground of medical grounds and on the age factor.

Additional Sessions Judge (ASJ) SPS Laler reserved the order after hearing the submissions of counsel for the accused and the public prosecutor. The court also considered the medical report filed by the jail authorities.

The court is likely to pronounce the order today.

The public prosecutor opposed the bail application, citing the medical report, saying that the report has not mentioned any disease which cannot be treated by the jail dispensary while in custody.
