New Delhi, Sept. 18 -- India needs to build resilient critical-mineral value chains to strengthen its manufacturing capabilities, support the energy transition and drive emerging technologies, with minerals such as lithium, cobalt and spherical graphite gaining increasing strategic importance, said Prof. Gobardhan Das, Member, NITI Aayog.
