New Delhi, Aug. 30 -- Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Sunday congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi on being conferred Uzbekistan's highest honour, the 'Oliy Darajali Do'stlik' Order, saying the recognition was a testimony to his leadership and efforts to strengthen ties between the two countries.
