Sivasagar, April 1 -- Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi on Wednesday accused the Himanta Biswa Sarma government in Assam of being corrupt, claiming "mafia rule" in the state. She also refuted claims of politicising singer Zubeen Garg's death, and asserted that seeking justice for a respected figure is a political duty rather than opportunism.
Speaking to the reporters here, she said that people desire a government that would only work towards serving them.
