Mumbai, July 30 -- Actor and Cine and Television Artists Association (CINTAA) President Poonam Dhillon has urged producers to work directly with the association while casting actors. She said the move will help create more job opportunities for CINTAA members and reduce the role of middlemen in the hiring process.

Speaking about the initiative, Dhillon made an appeal to producers to send their casting requirements to CINTAA. She said the association will provide actors without charging any commission from either the producers or the actors.
