New Delhi, Nov. 7 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Sitamarhi and Bettiah on Friday to address public meetings ahead of the final phase of the Bihar Assembly elections.

He also said he will seek the blessings of the people and expressed confidence that Bihar's voters, committed to the vision of a "Developed Bihar," will ensure a massive majority for the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in the concluding phase of the polls.
