The meeting came after the 16th BRICS National Security Advisers' Meeting in New Delhi, chaired by NSA Ajit Doval. Against a backdrop of "increasing geopolitical uncertainty," talks focused on non-traditional threats like terrorism, cybersecurity, and risks from emerging technologies.
