Bhubaneswar, May 9 -- BJP MP Baijayant Jay Panda on Saturday hailed Prime Minister Narendra Modi as the world's most popular leader, citing the party's recent "historical wins" in West Bengal, Assam, and Puducherry, to deep-rooted public trust.
