Mumbai, Feb. 17 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi and French President Emmanuel Macron on Tuesday jointly inaugurated the India-France Year of Innovation 2026 at the iconic Gateway of India in Mumbai, marking a significant milestone in the strategic partnership between the two nations.

The ceremony concluded with a lighting show at the Gateway of India showcasing the shared values and vibrant heritage of both nations.

The launch ceremony witnessed the presence of business leaders, start-ups, researchers, and other innovators from both countries.
