Mangaluru, April 27 -- Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will deliver the inaugural Nitte Vinaya Hegde Oration on the theme 'Viksit Bharat - Vision for 2047 in K.S. Hegde Auditorium at Mangaluru tomorrow.
