New Delhi, Sept. 19 -- The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a chargesheet against nine accused persons in an online radicalisation case before the Special NIA Court in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

The accused named in the chargesheet are Mohammad Rehmatullah Shariff, Mohammed Danish, Mirza Sohail Baig, Lucky Ahmad, Jishan Abdul Majid, Mir Ashif Ali, Abdul Salaam, Sharuk Khan and Shaikh Faiz ur Rehman.

According to the NIA, the chargesheet has been filed under different sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act before the Special NIA Court, Vijayawada.
