New Delhi, July 23 -- NEET UG Paper leak case accused Shivraj Raghunath Motegaonkar withdrew his bail plea from the court on Thursday. Thereafter, the court dismissed the bail application as withdrawn.

The CBI alleged that Motegaonkar is actively involved in a conspiracy of leaking the chemistry exam paper before the NEET UG Exam 2026.

The bail matter was listed for arguments before Special CBI Judge Ajay Gupta on Thursday.

The Counsel for the applicant, Motegaonkar, moved an application seeking withdrawal of the present application.
