Bhopal, June 5 -- Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav launched an "Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam 2.0" campaign on the occasion of World Environment Day at a state-level program held in Bhopal on Friday.

As part of the programme, the Chief Minister also planted a sapling and inspected an exhibition highlighting innovative initiatives and significant achievements in environmental conservation and water management across the state on the occasion.

Additionally, CM Yadav extended greetings to the people of the state and the nation on World Environment Day, highlighting that tree plantation fortnight has begun from June 5 to June 21.
