Seoni, July 1 -- Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Wednesday announced that paddy crops will be brought under the state's Bhavantar Scheme, under which farmers will receive compensation for the gap between the Minimum Support Price (MSP) and the market price.

The announcement was made while addressing the State-level Paddy Festival in Seoni district, where the Chief Minister said the welfare and prosperity of farmers remained the government's top priority.
