Rewa, Aug. 23 -- Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Sunday reviewed the rain situation in the Rewa, Shahdol, and Jabalpur divisions, assuring that the state government will provide full compensation to those who have suffered losses due to the recent spell of heavy rainfall.

Speaking to the reporters, CM Yadav praised the administrative machinery for its prompt response in managing the crisis.

"I came here today to review the situation caused by the rains in our Rewa, Shahdol and Jabalpur divisions. The information I have received indicates that during this period of heavy rain, our administration worked with great promptness, and relief camps were successfully operated in many places," the Chief Minister said.
