Shimla, July 3 -- The southwest monsoon continued to wreak havoc across Himachal Pradesh on Friday, with the death toll rising to 14 and cumulative losses to public and private property crossing Rs 15.27 crore following heavy rainfall, according to the latest situation report issued by the State Emergency Operations Centre (SEOC).

The state continues to battle widespread disruption to road connectivity, electricity and water supply as restoration teams remain engaged in clearing debris and restoring essential services in several districts.
