Lucknow, June 30 -- Amidst the ongoing political turmoil in Uttar Pradesh, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief Mayawati on Tuesday termed the alleged financial irregularities at the Ram Temple as "highly serious and deeply concerning," while urging political parties not to politicise the issue.

In a post on X, the former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister stated that those found guilty must not be spared, but cautioned against using the matter for political mileage. The BSP chief further suggested that the financial accounting systems followed by other prominent temples across the country should be implemented at the Ram Mandir to ensure transparency in managing offerings.
