Louisville, Nov. 5 -- The Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport in Kentucky has reopened; however, multiple taxiways remain closed. The Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board have begun their investigations as the death toll has now risen to 9 people who were killed in the UPS plane crash.
