Karnataka CM DK Shivakumar urges people to complete SIR process, says "Save your vote, save your life"
Bengaluru, June 30 -- Karnataka Chief Minister DK Shivakumar urged people across the state to actively participate in the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls beginning today, appealing to citizens to complete the process to safeguard their voting rights.
Addressing a press conference here on Monday, Shivakumar stressed the importance of the voter verification exercise and called on citizens to cooperate with election officials by providing the required information and documents.
