Bengaluru, May 10 -- Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Sunday congratulated Tamil Nadu CM Vijay on assuming office, saying that he has "scripted a remarkable democratic journey" from the cinema world to "service of people."

In an 'X' post, CM Siddaramaiah reflected on the "deep civilisational ties" between Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, and mentioned that he looks forward to working with him for strengthening partnership between the two states.
