Karnataka: Door-to-Door electoral roll revision process in Bengaluru starts from June 30
Bengaluru, June 29 -- The Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) has announced that Booth Level Officers (BLOs) will begin door-to-door distribution of enumeration forms across the city from June 30 as part of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the Electoral Roll-2026. A total of 2,855 Voter Facilitation Centres have also been set up to assist citizens during the exercise.
Addressing a press conference at the GBA head office, District Election Officer and GBA Chief Commissioner Maheshwar Rao urged residents to extend full cooperation to BLOs and ensure timely submission of required documents. He said the exercise is aimed at ensuring comprehensive and accurate updating of the electoral roll in the city.
