New Delhi, Oct. 6 -- Swiss Confederation President Guy Parmelin was in for a diverse culinary experience at the dinner hosted by President Droupadi Murmu on Monday evening at the Rashtrapati Bhavan.

The carefully curated menu, with a special focus on the rich flavours of Kashmir, showcased an array of traditional delicacies for President Parmelin and other guests.

The spread featured Kashmir's famed Kanna Guchh Pulao, khatte baingan (Tsok Wangun) and the traditional Sheermal roti. The dessert selection included the much-loved Kashmiri delicacies phirni and shufta.

The culinary experience was complemented by traditional beverages, including aromatic Kashmiri Kahwa and traditional Gur Chai from Ladakh.
