Shimla, Aug. 16 -- Leader of Opposition and former Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Jai Ram Thakur on Sunday recalled former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's contribution to infrastructure development, particularly highlighting the launch of the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana and the initiative to construct the Rohtang Tunnel.
