Baramulla, Sept. 30 -- Baramulla Police conducted a TII Naka response rehearsal on the Baramulla-Chandoosa Road on Wednesday as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen security preparedness and response mechanisms in the district, officials said.

The rehearsal was aimed at assessing the operational readiness of police personnel during a simulated security situation and strengthening the response mechanism at naka points, where personnel carry out checking and interception as part of preventive and security duties.

The exercise also provided an opportunity to assess the coordination and response of personnel deployed during naka operations and identify areas requiring further improvement, officials said.
