Iran claims 7 killed in US missile strike on Khuzestan; Houthis warn US troop hosts of "repercussions"
Tehran, Sept. 2 -- Seven people were killed, and eight others injured after a missile strike by the United States targeted three locations in Iran's Khuzestan province, according to Iran's state-run IRNA news agency.
The deputy head of security and law enforcement for the Khuzestan governorate said the strike left "seven martyrs and eight injured," IRNA reported.
Meanwhile, the internationally unrecognised Houthi-run Foreign Ministry in Sanaa expressed solidarity with Tehran over the US strikes across Iran and warned countries hosting US forces that they would face "repercussions," according to Al Jazeera.
