Panama City, Aug. 6 -- Indian Ambassador to Panama, Costa Rica and Nicaragua Sumit Seth paid a courtesy visit to Panamanian President Jose Raul Mulino on Thursday (local time) as the ambassador formally concluded his diplomatic mission.
