New Delhi, July 21 -- India's institutional investment activity is expected to remain stable in the second half of the year, supported by strong macroeconomic fundamentals, infrastructure-led growth and sustained domestic capital flows, as per Cushman & Wakefield's Q2 2026 Capital Marketbeat report.

The report noted that institutional investments in India's real estate sector rose 16 per cent quarter-on-quarter to USD 1.9 billion in Q2 2026, led by the office segment, which attracted nearly USD 1 billion and accounted for 51 per cent of total investments.
