New Delhi, July 1 -- India's biggest long-term structural challenge is creating productive jobs and ensuring the country fully capitalises on its demographic dividend, according to Rahul Bajoria, Managing Director and Head of India and ASEAN Economic Research at Bank of America.

Speaking with ANI, Bajoria said job creation remains the defining economic challenge facing the country despite India's strong long-term growth prospects.
