London, Aug. 22 -- Hull City marked their return to the Premier League in memorable fashion by securing their first-ever top-flight victory over Manchester United with a 2-0 win at the MKM Stadium.

Playing in the Premier League for the first time since the 2016-17 season, Hull made an immediate impact as Semi Ajayi opened the scoring in the 17th minute after capitalising on poor defending from a corner.
