Shimla, July 5 -- Himachal Pradesh government has approved the state innovation policy for technical Education institutions along with the state innovation fund implementation guidelines (2026-2028) to foster innovation, entrepreneurship and startup culture across technical education institutions in the state.

According to the release, the policy aims to transform the state into an emerging hub of innovation by empowering students, faculty members and startups to convert innovative ideas into practical, technology-driven and market-ready solutions.
