Shimla, Sept. 24 -- Himachal Pradesh Assembly Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania reached Helsinki, the capital of Finland, from Milan, Italy, as part of his ongoing study visit abroad, the state Assembly Secretariat has informed.

Pathania arrived in Helsinki by air late Wednesday night on his last leg of a three-day study visit to Milan from September 21 to 25, according to a statement released on Thursday.

Milan is internationally known for its fashion, design, history and economic importance and is regarded as one of the world's major fashion and design capitals.
