Sankhali, July 28 -- Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Tuesday urged students to look beyond textbooks, embrace innovation and nurture curiosity while addressing the 'Mann Ki Baat to Viksit Bharat - Empowering Swayampurna Goa Through Knowledge and Innovation' programme, jointly organised by the Government College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Sankhali, and Ravindra Bhavan, Sankhali.
