New Delhi, Sept. 1 -- Total air passenger demand, measured in revenue passenger kilometers (RPK), grew 0.2 per cent year-on-year (YoY) in July 2026, according to the latest data released by the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Total capacity, measured in available seat kilometers (ASK), went up 0.3 per cent compared to July 2025, while the global passenger load factor stood at 85.2 per cent. Excluding the Middle East, global passenger traffic registered an expansion of 1.2 per cent.
