Los Angeles, July 30 -- The life and career of late fashion designer Giorgio Armani are all set to be developed into a high-end TV series.

It is produced by Italy's Lux Vide, which is collaborating with the fashion house founded by the iconic designer. The yet-to-be-titled Armani biopic series has further enlisted Turkish-born Italy-based director Ferzan Ozpetek, reported Variety.

Ozpetek, who shared a good bond with the late designer, recently won acclaim for his 2025 release 'Diamonds'. It follows a group of warm-hearted women in a Rome atelier rushing to fulfil a demanding order from an Oscar-winning costume designer client in the 1970s.
