New Delhi, Feb. 24 -- Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Jasem Mohammad Al Budaiwi arrived in India and received a warm welcome from the Spokesperson of the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) Randhir Jaiswal.
