Sangareddy, Sept. 17 -- Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy expressed deep shock over the tragic death of six students who had gone for a Vinayaka idol immersion in Peddakanjarla village of Patancheru in Sangareddy district.

The Chief Minister extended his heartfelt condolences to the mourning families and directed the district administration to extend all possible support to them, according to the Telangana Chief Minister's Office (CMO).

Reddy also advised officials to take necessary precautions during Ganesh idol immersion events to prevent recurrence of such incidents.
