New Delhi, Sept. 5 -- Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat slammed West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee for using "unparliamentary language" in the Assembly.
Speaking to ANI on Thursday, Gajendra Shekhawat criticised the Trinamool Congress (TMC) over the suspension of Leader of the Opposition, Suvendu Adhikari, from the Assembly.
He said, "Today, the entire country witnessed the scenes in the West Bengal Assembly, which have hurt all those who have faith in the country's democracy. In this three-day assembly session, the Leader of the Opposition, Suvendu Adhikari, was suspended from the assembly yesterday without any reason."
The Union Minister called Mamata Banerjee's language an example of the "murder of democracy".
