New Delhi, Sept. 2 -- Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri attended the SCO Plus Meeting in Tianjin on September 1, where he underlined the importance of United Nations reform, stressed the need to keep counter-terrorism a priority, and reiterated India's commitment to sustainable development.
