Guadalape, June 30 -- After their thrilling win over the Netherlands that helped them qualify for the round of 16, Morocco coach Mohamed Ouahbi said that the team has "gained everybody's respect now", adding that nobody can stop them if they keep playing the football they know how to play.

Issa Diop's equaliser and Ismael Saibari's deciding spot kick were the highlights as Morocco, the 2022 semifinalists, continued their fine run in the tournament, beating 2018 third-placed Netherlands to seal a round of 16 spot.

Speaking after the match in the presser as quoted by Reuters, Ouahbi said, "Morocco has gained everybody's respect now. It is not because of what we've said. We have now shown it."
