Begusarai, Jan. 11 -- Union Minister Giriraj Singh on Sunday mocked RJD's Tejashwi Yadav's recent statement in which he said he would keep silent for 100 days about the current goverment, saying they should go into penance during that time.

He launched a scathing attack, suggesting that both the former Deputy Chief Minister and his father, Lalu Prasad Yadav, should retreat from the political limelight.

"They (Tejashwi Yadav) should become Mauni Baba (silent sages). Both father and son should remain silent and observe penance for 100 days.", Singh told the media.
