New Delhi, Oct. 11 -- A Delhi court has granted the Enforcement Directorate (ED) two-day custody of Ashok Kumar Pal, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Director of Reliance Power, in connection with a case involving alleged fake bank guarantees and invoicing.

Special Judge Kiran Gupta granted two days' custody of Ashok Kumar Pal to the Enforcement Directorate (ED). Pal is to be produced in the Patiala House court on Monday.

He was produced at the residence of the special judge by the ED. Advocate Vijay Agarwal appeared for Ashok Kumar Pal.
