Doda, Dec. 18 -- Deputy Commissioner of Doda, Sh. Harvinder Singh, IAS, inaugurated a women-run Milk Value Addition Unit under the Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP) 2024-25 on Thursday in the remote village of Udhyanpur, Tehsil Bhagla Bharath.

Addressing the gathering, the Deputy Commissioner said that women-led SHGs are key to inclusive development and highlighted that HADP provides up to 50% subsidy for projects up to Rs.50 lakh, opening new entrepreneurial opportunities in remote areas.
