Chennai, Aug. 22 -- In a major reorganizational move, the DMK Executive meeting passed a resolution stating that a person elected as District Committee Secretary can hold the post for a maximum of three terms, with age capped at 70 years.

According to this, the maximum age for a District Committee Secretary has been fixed at 70 years, and a person can hold the post for a maximum of three terms. Henceforth, there will be no post of City Secretary.
