Kra Daadi, Oct. 31 -- Arunachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein reiterated the government's openness to dialogue with all stakeholders, including community organisations, student bodies, civil society groups and those expressing concerns about the proposed Siang Upper Multipurpose Project (SUMP).
