New Delhi, Aug. 18 -- The Delhi High Court on Tuesday issued notice on the appeal moved on behalf of Javed, a life convict in the IB Official Ankit Sharma murder case. He, along with 4 others, including Tahir Hussain, was convicted and sentenced to life Imprisonment by the Karkardooma Court. They were sentenced on July 31 by the Karkardooma Court.

A division bench of Justices Prathiba M Singh and Vikas Mahajan issued notice to Delhi Police and sought a response on the appeal. The matter has been listed on December 2 for hearing along with other appeals of Nazim and Kasim.

On August 12, the High Court had issued a notice on an application seeking suspension of the life sentence of Nazim and Kasim.
