New Delhi, May 23 -- Delhi's Dwarka court on Saturday took cognisance of the charge sheet filed in the murder case of Tarun from Uttam Nagar. The court took cognisance against 17 accused and declined to take cognisance against one accused, Imran alias Bunty.

Delhi police had filed a charge sheet in the Tarun muder case, which took place in Uttam Nagar on Holi on March 4 this year. Sections related to offences against a person of the SC-ST community and murder.

A chargesheet was filed against 18 persons in the Dwarka court. In this case, two accsued are absconding. Two minors are also made accsued whose matter will be heard by the Juvenile Justice Board.
