Amravati, Oct. 28 -- Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Tuesday held a teleconference with about 32,000 officials, from district Collectors to field-level staff, to review the impact of Cyclone Arnab and direct relief operations. Officials told him that no loss of life had been reported so far.

According to the official release, the Chief Minister praised officials and staff for working through the night. He said the advance measures taken by the administration were the reason lives were saved, and asked them to keep working in the same spirit until the cyclone's impact eases and normal conditions return.
