Baramati, Jan. 29 -- Congress leader Vijay Wadettiwar described late Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief Ajit Pawar, who was killed in a plane crash on Wednesday, as a "visionary leader" and recalled his association as a State minister with the NCP leader.
